To display the properties of a design entity, file or design unit:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. If you have not already done so, open the Project Navigator.

3. Click the Hierarchies, Files, or Design Units tab.

4. Right-click the design entity, file, or design unit for which you want to view the properties, and choose Properties (right button pop-up menu).  More Details
