Example of Project Navigator Icons

The Hierarchies tab of the Project Navigator uses the following icons, and various combinations thereof, to convey information about the project.

Symbol: Definition:
AND Gate

AND Gate

 Represents a project entity.
Check Mark

Check Mark (pink)

 Indicates that the entity is the focus of a compiler setting.
Check Mark with Square

Square (blue)

 Indicates that the entity is the current compilation or simulation focus entity. An entity must be the focus of a compiler setting in order to be a compilation or simulation focus entity.
X Mark

X Mark (red)

 Indicates that the Database Builder did not find the entity entered in the design file.
