Addressing Mode

Allows you to set the addressing mode of the selected Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex).

NOTE Because addressing a HEX File relative to itself is equivalent to using absolute addressing, the addressing of the first HEX File in a series of HEX Files will always be absolute, even if Addressing Mode is set to Relative.

Absolute Addressing of the HEX File is based on the addressing used in the HEX File. This is the default setting. Absolute addressing will overwrite any data in the address that is specified in the HEX File.
Relative Addressing of the HEX File is based on the end of the previous HEX File.
