You must be a registered user of the Quartus^® II software to obtain an Altera^® ID that allows you to submit service requests and receive Altera technical support.

One Altera ID is provided by Altera when you purchase the Quartus II software.

All users of a network license version of the Quartus II software can register as users and receive an Altera ID.

In order to register as a user of the Quartus II software, you will need the host ID of the server on which the licensed copy of the Quartus II software is installed.
