Turbo Bit logic option

A logic option that controls the speed vs. power usage trade-off for a macrocell (that is, for an embedded cell within an Embedded System Block (ESB) that is set to use Product Term mode). If the Turbo Bit is on, the macrocell's speed increases; if it is off, its power consumption decreases.

This option is ignored if it is assigned to anything other than a design entity. The Turbo Bit option is also ignored if you select ROM or LUT as the setting for the Technology Mapper option. This option is available for APEX 20K, APEX 20KC, APEX 20KE, APEX II, ARM®-based Excalibur, MAX® 3000, MAX 7000AE, MAX 7000B, and Mercury devices.
