A FineLine BGA^® device with a pin-out that is a subset or superset of the pin-outs of other FineLine BGA devices. You can use device migration to transfer a design from one SameFrame^™ ACEX^® 1K, FLEX 10KE, or MAX^® 7000 device to another SameFrame device in the same device family while maintaining the same board layout and pin assignments.
