An ASCII text file (with the file extension .qarlog) that contains information about an associated Quartus^® II Archive File (.qar). The QARLOG File contains the name and path of the QAR File, the creation date and time of the QAR File, a list of files contained in the QAR File, any errors encountered during the creation or restoration of the QAR File, and optional user comments. A QARLOG File is separate from its QAR File. Therefore, you can edit or delete the QARLOG File without affecting the QAR File.
