A mnemonic table allows you to modify the data format of buses in the SignalTap^® II Logic Analyzer waveform display. Each mnemonic table is made up of table entries. Each table entry contains either a numerical value, a logic condition, or an output level, and has a mnemonic name. After you acquire data in the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer, you can select a mnemonic table for a bus. If a value in the bus matches a value specified in the table entries, the bus value is displayed as the mnemonic name you specified.
