A logic option that ignores GLOBAL buffers that are instantiated in the design.

This option is ignored if it is applied to anything other than an individual GLOBAL buffer or a design entity containing GLOBAL buffers. This option is available for all Altera^® devices supported by the Quartus^® II software.
