An open-drain I/O standard with a voltage-referenced signal, input (VREF) of 1.0, a GTL+/SSTL input buffer and a 3.3-V/2.5-V TTL output buffer. The GTL+ I/O standard is supported by the APEX™ 20KC, APEX 20KE, APEX™ II, ARM®-based Excalibur™, MAX® 7000B, Mercury™, Stratix™, Stratix™ GX device families.
