Altera^® maintains a 24-hour file transfer protocol (FTP) site for instant access to the latest Altera product information. Online versions of Altera application notes and briefs, recent quarterly newsletters, and software utility programs are available from the FTP site. You can also use the FTP site to transfer files to and from the Altera Applications Department for technical support and review.

To access the Altera FTP site, use your FTP software to log on ftp.altera.com with "anonymous" as your user name, and your e-mail address as the password.
