Saves the changes you make in the Toolbars list and closes the dialog box.

When you make any changes in the Toolbars list, Cancel is dimmed to indicate that it is unavailable. Accordingly, you can either save the changes you have made by clicking Close, or remove the changes by turning on or off the affected toolbars in the Toolbars list.
