You can edit the contents and overall format of a title block by inserting the title block primitive (TITLE) into a Block Design File (.bdf) and specifying the title block properties. To add, delete, or format individual sections of a title block, however, you must open a Title Block Symbol File (.bsf) in the Symbol Editor or save the BDF as the current file and open the Block Symbol File (.bsf). Then you can specify the section properties in the Symbol Editor.
The TITLE primitive and the TITLE2 primitives for the Block Editor are provided in Quartus® II libraries folders, in the /quartus/primitives/other directory.
