When you choose the Autorun command, the SignalTap^® II Logic Analyzer is placed in a continuous acquisition and display update mode. You must stop it manually by choosing SignalTap II Logic Analyzer > Stop (Processing menu).

The PLD JTAG port is dedicated exclusively to the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer from the moment you choose Autorun at Trigger until the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer stops and returns to the IDLE state. No other JTAG operations are allowed during this time.
