Course consists of three, one hour lectures and one, three hour laboratory.
This course offers a study of MOS device principles, basic CMOS circuits, CMOS processing and technologies, and circuit performance characterization techniques. In addition, the student will have the opportunity to create layouts for basic CMOS elements and discuss some of the optimization techniques used for creating better designs. A design project is required of the students to demonstrate the principles learned during the course.
